How We Style
No two carts leave us looking the same. Before we build anything, we talk through your vision — your colors, your florals, your theme — and design the cart, the signage, and the styling around it.
Catering
Our dessert catering is currently offered for indoor events only. Keeping everything indoors lets us guarantee the presentation, temperature, and quality of every dessert from the moment it's set up to the moment your last guest is served.
Private Events
From an intimate birthday dinner to a full wedding reception, we style private events across Metro Detroit. We work directly with you (or your planner) on guest count, layout, and timing.

Booking Process
Here's exactly how booking works, start to finish.
Before booking, we require a phone consultation to go over your vision, guest count, theme, colors, florals, and styling.
Once you'd like to move forward, we first create a draft event overview based on what we've discussed, so you can review the direction and make sure everything looks right.
From there, we begin the detailed planning process — dessert selections, color palette, florals, signage, styling, and all the little details that bring the vision together.
Once you're ready to officially book, we proceed with the contract and required payment to secure your date. For events coming up soon, full payment is typically required to secure the date.
Payment
We accept PayPal, though it carries a 3% processing fee, so we typically recommend Zelle instead. All payment details are shared with you during the booking process via email.

We deliver throughout Metro Detroit, including Macomb County, Oakland County, and Wayne County — Sterling Heights, Troy, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester Hills, Shelby Township, Clinton Township, Grosse Pointe, Novi, and surrounding cities.
Cart rental starts at $375 for the Signature Cart and $495 for the Cinderella Cart. Styled and fully-catered tiers are also firmly priced — see the Carts page for the full breakdown.
For Saturday weddings in peak season (May through October) we recommend three to six months. Showers and birthdays are often possible with three to six weeks' notice — it's always worth asking.
Both options are available. We can style a cart or table around desserts you've sourced, or curate the full selection — every dessert is made in-house at Flavor Lab, our licensed commercial kitchen.
Yes. Delivery, full on-site styling, and teardown are included. The cart is finished and photograph-ready before your guests arrive.
Yes. Send your concept board and we'll build the styling — linens, risers, signage, and florals — around it.
Our dessert and catering services are currently indoors only, so we can guarantee the presentation and quality of every dessert. Cart rentals can be discussed for outdoor placement — just ask.
